Handi-Foam^® Quick Cure and E-84 Class 1 Spray Foams

Handi-Foam® Quick Cure and E-84 Class 1 Spray Foams are designed to fill and insulate large voids and surfaces. They are dispensed using the patented Handi-Gun® Dispensing Unit for accurate and precise applications. Handi-Foam® Quick Cure and E-84 Class 1 Spray Foams are available in a variety of sizes, from small aerosol kits to large refillable systems.
 

Handi-Foam^® Quick Cure and E-84 Class 1 Spray Foams are chemically cured systems and the cure process occurs very quickly - generally within minutes. Due to their excellent adhesion properties they provide excellent insulation by creating a continuous air barrier that completes the building envelope.  This helps to improve inddoor air quality, lowering heating and cooling costs and drastically reduce enery consumption.  Handi-Foam Quick Cure and E-84 Class 1 assist in attaining ENERGY STAR^® rating and/or LEED credits.

Use Handi-Foam® E-84 Class 1 Spray Foam is ideal for flash and batt or hybrid insulation systems.

Sound Barrier

Handi-Foam® Sound Barrier is an open cell formulation designed for sound deadening and used to fill and insulate large voids and surfaces. Handi-Foam® Sound Barrier is dispensed using the patented Handi-Gun® Dispensing Unit for accurate and precise applications. Handi-Foam® Sound Barrier is available in a variety of disposable sizes.

Handi-Foam Sound Barrier is excellent for sound deadening and reducing noise levels, helping to provide a more comfortable environment.  Handi-Foam Sound Barrier achives a Sound Transmission Coeffiecent (STC) of 35 at three inches thick. Handi-Foam Sound Barrier high expansion properties easily fills voids.  In addition, Sound Barrier's quick cure time, reduces labor time and costs. 
 

Common applications for Handi-Foam Sound Barrier include deadening sound in interior walls, office walls, common walls, media rooms, play rooms and server rooms.

Air Seal

Handi-Foam® Air Seal is ideal for sealing and coating the perimeter of stud wall cavities. Handi-Foam® Air Seal is dispensed using the patented Handi-Gun® Dispensing Unit for accurate and precise applications. Handi-Foam® Air Seal is available in a variety of disposable sizes.

Handi-Foam Air Seal coats and seals areas that traditional insulation cannot; thus, contractors are able to coat areas of the building that may be missed or overlooked. This helps to prevent air movement and provides a tighter building envelope.

By working in conjunction with primary insulation to fill small holes, seams or gaps, Handi-Foam® Air Seal enhances the primary insulation contributing to a more energy efficient structure.

SPF Roof Patch

Handi-Foam® SPF Roof Patch is designed for application where higher compressive strengths are required. Handi-Foam® SPF Roof Patch is dispensed using the patented Handi-Gun® Dispensing Unit for accurate and precise applications. Handi-Foam® SPF Roof Patch is available in a variety of disposable sizes.
 
Handi-Foam® SPF Roof Patch is used to repair pin holes, cracks and patch polyurethane roofs after equipment changes. Handi-Foam SPF Roof Patch has an R-value of 6-7 per inch, retaining the roofs insulation value. Additionally, SPF Roof Patch maintains the roofs' seamless, monolithic seal which prevents air and moisture infiltration. Handi-Foam SPF Roof Patch meets commercial roofing codes for compressive strength for polyurethane foam roofs.

Handi-Foam SPF Roof Patch is ideal for sealing around faulty flashings, vents or equipment, building up low lying areas where water pools and patch and repair work on polyurethane roofs.
