Product Description:  Low Pressure Polyurethane Foam

Handi-Foam® E-84 Fire Retardant Spray foams have all the same properties and  advantages of our standard Two-Component foams but are also rated for  applications requiring a fire retardant insulation meeting ASTM E-84 Class 1  standards. E-84 Foam Kits are ideal for applications around or near heat producing machinery or for areas where the foam will not be covered with drywall or other approved thermal barrier after it’s application. Handi-Foam® E-84 is closed cell, has a density of 1.75 lbs per cubic foot and an R-value of 6-7 per inch. E-84 Foam Kits are tack-free in less than a minute, can be trimmed and cut in 2-5 minutes and are completely cured in several hours. Foam yield is best when the foam container contents are properly warmed to a range of 75F-85F. E-84 Foam can be trimmed, sanded and painted. Foam is not UV resistant unless painted or stained. All Handi-Foam® products are completely free of any VOC’s. Handi-Foam® Two-Component E-84 Kits come with everything you will need for a successful insulation job.

Product Description:  Low Pressure Polyurethane Foam

The kits come with hoses, spray gun and 8 nozzles. Two-component froth systems will expand immediately upon chemical reaction of A component and B component to a final volume that is 3 to 5 times the dispensed volume, in typical applications, and may be as much as 8 times the dispensed volume in a specific applications, depending on various factors such as cavity size, ambient conditions, etc. The foam will cure to a semi-rigid closed cell foam upon the chemical reaction of component A (polymeric isocyanate) with component B (a polyol blend containing certain additives).  Handi-Foam® Quick Cure is tack-free in 1 minute, cuttable in 5 minutes and fully cured in 1 hour.

Handi-Flow® Slow Rise Foam is a multi-purpose, polyurethane foam. The cured foam can resist heat and cold temperatures from -200 to 200° Fahrenheit. However, cured foam is not resistant to UV rays unless painted or stained. Handi-Foam® Slow Rise is tack-free in 60 to 90 seconds, cut-able in 2 - 5 minutes and cures within one hour.

Handi-Flow® Pour-In-Place foam is a multi-purpose slow-rise polyurethane foam. It is engineered with a slower cure time than our olther spray foams allowing the foam to flow and level throughout the cavity to fill the entire void. The average tack-free time is 2-4 minutes allowing you to touch the foam without it sticking to your fingers.  In addition to insulating, Pour-in-Place foam can be used to add structural support, provide buoyancy, prevent vibrations and deaden sound.
